AAC Block Production Line
Equipped with high-efficiency AAC block making machines, pouring mixers, slurry tanks, belt conveyors and industrial autoclaves, our complete aerated concrete equipment meets the whole production demands. We support both fly ash and sand-lime raw material formulas. Finished AAC blocks feature stable density of 500–700 kg/m³ and precise dimension accuracy, fully compliant with international AAC industry standards.
AAC Panel Production Line
Our advanced AAC panel production equipment includes automatic cutting, steam curing and finished processing systems, covering AAC slabs, ALC wall panels and integrated AAC block & panel combined plants. Widely used in prefabricated buildings, interior partition walls and exterior wall cladding projects.
We deliver low-risk and high-efficiency one-stop services for automatic autoclaved aerated concrete production lines, covering the whole project cycle.
