The Ballistic Separator, also known as Bouncing Screen, 3D Sorter, and waste sorting bouncing screen, is a core high-efficiency mechanical sorting machine widely used in municipal solid waste disposal (MSW) lines, waste recycling plants, and solid waste resource recovery systems. Materials fed by vibrating feeders or other feeding devices are automatically separated into three groups: heavy 3D rolling materials (plastic bottles, wood blocks, metal cans, bricks), light 2D flat materials (plastic films, paper, cardboard), and fine undersize materials (sand, food residues, soil).
