Henan Ruichi Rotary Drum Screen consists of driving motor, reducer, rotary roller device, heavy-duty frame, feeding inlet and material discharge outlet. It adopts inclined multi-stage rotary screen cylinder with gradient mesh aperture from small to large to realize progressive multi-stage particle size screening. The screen surface adopts wear-resistant steel plate, perforated plate and woven mesh optional, specially adapted to wet garbage, sticky materials and mixed complex waste. Equipped with automatic external cleaning brush device, it effectively solves screen mesh blockage and ensures continuous stable operation in long-term waste sorting work.
The whole inclined drum cylinder rotates stably driven by motor and coupling transmission system. After evenly feeding by Plate Feeder or Vibrating Feeder, mixed waste materials roll and tumble forward inside the rotating drum. Fine particles smaller than mesh aperture pass through the screen and fall down separately, while large-size materials are discharged along the drum inclination. The continuous tumbling motion realizes automatic grading classification, and cooperates with self-cleaning brush to avoid material adhesion and clogging, suitable for continuous large-volume waste pre-screening in waste recycling lines.
