Mobile Crushing Stations

Mobile crushing stations, also known as mobile crushing production lines, are integrated mobile crushing equipment designed to solve the pain points of traditional fixed crushing plants, including high transportation costs, poor site adaptability and long construction cycles. It integrates feeding, crushing, screening and conveying functions into one unit, realizing on-site crushing of rocks, ore, construction waste and other raw materials, greatly cutting material transportation expenses and improving overall project efficiency.

Models & Mobility Advantages

It has two mainstream configurations with strong mobility and multi-scenario adaptability. The crawler-type mobile crusher features crawler tracks, suitable for complex terrains like open-pit mines and construction waste dumps, with strong off-road performance and no need for a fixed roadbed. The tire-mounted mobile crusher runs at 20-30 km/h on flat roads, ideal for urban and suburban projects requiring frequent short-distance relocation.

The processing capacity ranges from 10-50 t/h for small-scale projects to 200-500 t/h for large mines and aggregate bases, and rental services are available for temporary and short-term projects as a cost-effective choice.

Core Configuration

It consists of four core modules: feeding, crushing, screening and conveying. The feeding system adopts a vibrating feeder for uniform and continuous feeding to avoid blockage. For crushing, jaw crushers are used for primary crushing, impact or cone crushers for secondary and fine crushing, and VSI sand makers for machine-made sand production. The screening system is equipped with a circular vibrating screen for material grading, and belt conveyors complete material transportation, supporting customized collocations for different working conditions.

Application & Maintenance

It is widely used in open-pit mining on-site crushing, urban construction waste recycling (producing recycled aggregate), emergency aggregate production for infrastructure projects, and on-site machine-made sand production, effectively reducing landfill pressure and solving natural sand shortages.

Regular maintenance focuses on replacing wearing parts of crushers, checking conveyor belt tension and reducer lubrication. Related manufacturers provide customized solutions, on-site guidance and spare parts support to ensure stable long-term operation.

As core equipment in the crushing industry, mobile crushing stations drive the industry’s intelligent, eco-friendly and flexible transformation, providing efficient and economical solutions for various crushing and resource recycling projects.
