Core Function & Application
This separator is designed to separate sticky cake blanks into multiple layers, forming final aerated concrete blocks or AAC slabs (construction components). It only separates horizontal seams of finished brick piles, with the minimum separated product size not less than 50mm. Notably, it can separate 5cm thick panels and automatically split blocks and panels, solving product adhesion issues.
Working Process
1. Autoclaved mature cake blanks are conveyed to the separator’s hoist and lifted to the position where fixtures can clamp the first two layers of blocks/slabs near the separation line.
2. Adjacent blocks/slabs are separated by operating oil cylinders and guide rods, then the cylinders return to their original position.
3. The hoist descends with blocks/slabs for the second layer separation.
4. After all separations, the hoist resets, blocks/slabs are removed, and the next cycle starts.
