Process Flow:



1. Uniform Feeding & Pre-Sorting

A fully enclosed receiving hopper and heavy-duty chain plate feeder ensure consistent, controlled material flow, while a manual sorting platform safely removes oversized items and hazardous waste to protect downstream equipment.

2. Bag Breaking & Coarse Shredding

3. Primary Screening

4. Metal Recovery

5. Air Classification

A dual-stage positive/negative pressure air separator cleanly divides light materials (plastic film, paper, textiles) from heavy inert materials (bricks, glass, rubble), with adjustable airflow to adapt to varying waste compositions and moisture levels.

6. High-Precision Fine Sorting

Disc screens, bouncing screens, and AI-driven near-infrared (NIR) optical sorters work in tandem to achieve ultra-high-purity separation of plastics (PET/PE/PP/PS), paper, and glass, with sorting accuracy exceeding 95% for consistent, market-ready recyclables.

7. Baling, Resource Utilization & Residual Disposal

All recyclables are compressed into dense, transport-ready bales via hydraulic balers. Organic waste is processed into compost or biogas, while residual waste is volume-reduced for safe landfill or conversion into refuse-derived fuel (RDF) for energy recovery.
