As the global infrastructure and mining industries continue to recover and expand, Henan Ruichi Machinery has maintained steady growth in the first half of 2026. With over two decades of experience in industrial equipment manufacturing, the company has successfully delivered hundreds of complete production lines to customers across more than 20 countries, covering stone crushing and sand making, AAC aerated concrete block production, calcium carbonate and mineral grinding, waste sorting and recycling, and mobile crushing stations.
The most significant transformation in 2026 is Ruichi's strategic shift from a single equipment supplier to a complete turnkey solution provider. Instead of merely selling individual machines, the company now offers end-to-end services including project feasibility analysis, process flow design, factory layout planning, equipment manufacturing, installation guidance, commissioning, operator training and lifelong after-sales support. This transformation has been widely recognized by customers, especially those in emerging markets who require comprehensive technical support for large-scale projects.
In terms of product structure, stone crushing and sand making production lines remain the core business with the largest shipment volume, followed by AAC block plants and mineral grinding lines. Waste sorting and recycling equipment has shown the fastest growth rate, driven by increasing global environmental regulations and resource recovery demands. Mobile crushing stations continue to gain popularity among customers with scattered mining sites and short-term infrastructure projects.
In the first half of 2026, Ruichi Machinery successfully completed the delivery and installation of multiple large-scale projects worldwide. While respecting customer confidentiality, we are pleased to share some representative project highlights that demonstrate our engineering capabilities and solution-oriented approach.
A customer in the paint manufacturing industry required a complete marble powder production line with a capacity of 50 tons per day, producing high-purity calcium carbonate powder for industrial paint applications. Ruichi provided a full turnkey solution covering raw material crushing, Raymond mill grinding, air classifier classification, bag-type dust collection, storage and automatic packing. The finished powder meets the paint industry's strict requirements for fineness (325–800 mesh), purity (above 98% CaCO₃) and whiteness. The line has been successfully commissioned and is now in stable production, with the customer reporting higher-than-expected output and lower energy consumption than initially estimated.
A large-scale AAC block project with a daily capacity of 500 cubic meters was successfully delivered and entered the installation phase. Ruichi's scope includes the complete AAC production process from raw material batching, grinding, mixing, pouring, pre-curing, cutting, autoclaving to finished product packaging. The project features an automated batching and control system that ensures consistent product quality and reduces manual labor. Our experienced engineering team is currently on-site guiding installation and commissioning, and the line is expected to begin trial production soon. This project represents Ruichi's growing capability in delivering large-scale building material production facilities.
Multiple stone crushing and sand making lines with capacities ranging from 50 to 300 tons per hour were delivered to customers processing granite, basalt, limestone and river stone. These complete lines include primary jaw crushers, secondary cone or impact crushers, VSI sand making machines, vibrating screens, belt conveyors and centralized control systems. Several customers opted for the tower-type dry sand making layout, which saves significant floor space and achieves excellent environmental performance with fully enclosed structure and high-efficiency dust collection. All delivered lines have passed customer acceptance and are operating at or above designed capacity.
Responding to growing global demand for solid waste treatment and resource recovery, Ruichi delivered multiple waste sorting lines for municipal solid waste, construction waste and industrial waste treatment. These lines integrate double-shaft shredders, trommel screens, wind separators, magnetic separators, eddy current separators and baling machines, achieving comprehensive sorting efficiency of 85%–92%. The recyclable fractions including ferrous metals, non-ferrous metals, plastics and paper are efficiently recovered for downstream recycling, significantly reducing landfill volume and creating additional revenue streams for customers.
While Ruichi focuses on delivering reliable and proven equipment, the engineering team never stops working on incremental improvements and optimizations based on field feedback and customer suggestions. In 2026, several targeted upgrades have been implemented across the product range, aiming to improve operational efficiency, reduce maintenance frequency and lower total cost of ownership for customers.
Based on accumulated field data from hundreds of operating sites, the engineering team has optimized the rotor structure and wear part design of the VSI sand making machine. The improved deep-cavity rotor design enhances material throughput and promotes more uniform particle shaping. Wear parts continue to use high-quality high-manganese steel and high-chromium alloy materials, with optimized profiles that extend service life and reduce replacement frequency. These improvements contribute to more stable production and lower per-ton operating costs for customers.
The hydraulic clearing and overload protection system of the cone crusher has been refined for more reliable performance. Improved hydraulic components and optimized control logic ensure faster response when uncrushable materials enter the crushing chamber, effectively protecting the main frame and critical components. The discharge opening adjustment mechanism has also been simplified for easier and more precise operation, allowing customers to quickly adapt to changing product size requirements without lengthy downtime.
Environmental protection remains a key focus across all product lines. Bag-type dust collectors with filtration efficiency above 99.5% are standard configurations for crushing, grinding and sorting lines, ensuring dust emissions meet stringent international standards. Fully enclosed transfer points and sealed conveyor designs further minimize fugitive dust. For noise-sensitive applications, optimized equipment designs and optional sound insulation enclosures are available to help customers comply with local noise regulations. These environmental enhancements ensure that Ruichi equipment can be deployed in a wide range of locations, including areas near residential zones and environmentally protected regions.
Looking ahead, several industry trends are shaping the future of industrial equipment manufacturing, and Ruichi Machinery is positioning itself to capitalize on these opportunities while continuing to serve its core customer base.
As natural sand mining restrictions continue to expand globally, the demand for high-quality manufactured sand is growing steadily across both developed and emerging markets. Dry sand making technology, in particular, is gaining popularity due to its water-saving advantages and suitability for arid regions. Ruichi will continue to optimize its VSI sand making equipment and complete dry sand making solutions to meet this growing demand, with a focus on energy efficiency, product quality and environmental performance.
The global shift toward circular economy models is driving significant growth in waste sorting and recycling equipment. Construction waste recycling, municipal solid waste sorting, and industrial waste resource recovery are all areas with strong growth potential. Ruichi sees significant opportunities in providing complete waste sorting and processing solutions that help customers convert waste into valuable resources, including recycled aggregates, recovered metals, RDF fuel and organic compost. The company will continue to invest in developing more efficient and automated waste sorting technologies.
AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks and panels continue to gain market share as a premium green building material, valued for their thermal insulation, fire resistance, lightweight properties and construction efficiency. Emerging markets in Africa, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Central Asia are showing increasing interest in AAC production technology as they modernize their construction industries. Ruichi will continue to refine its AAC production line technology and expand its capabilities in delivering turnkey AAC projects of various scales.
While remaining focused on delivering robust and reliable mechanical equipment, Ruichi recognizes the growing importance of digitalization in industrial operations. The company will continue to enhance its centralized control systems, remote monitoring capabilities and data-driven maintenance support. The goal is to help customers achieve smarter, more efficient and more predictable production operations, reducing downtime and optimizing total cost of ownership over the equipment lifecycle.
The achievements and progress of Ruichi Machinery in 2026 would not have been possible without the trust, support and valuable feedback of customers, partners and friends around the world.
