1000-1100 tons per hour stone production line process description:
Materials with a side length of no more than 1.8 meters are transported to the silo, and evenly transported to the heavy hammer crusher for primary crushing by the vibrating feeder. The crushed materials are conveyed to the heavy vibrating screen group (3 sets arranged in parallel) by the belt conveyor for screening. Three kinds of materials are screened out. 20-31.5mm are conveyed to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor; materials below 20mm are conveyed to the second heavy vibrating screen group (3 sets arranged in parallel) by the belt conveyor for screening. The three kinds of finished materials screened are respectively conveyed to the 10-20mm finished product pile, 5-10mm finished product pile, and finished product pile below 5mm; materials above 31.5 are conveyed to the shaping crusher by the belt conveyor as return materials for secondary crushing. After crushing, they are conveyed to the heavy vibrating screen group (3 sets arranged in parallel) by the belt conveyor for screening. The qualified ones enter the second vibrating screen group for screening, and the unqualified ones are re-conveyed to the shaping crusher for crushing again to form a closed loop.
