AAC Block Separator

AAC block separator: An indispensable tool in the AAC block production line.

In the production process of autoclaved aerated concrete (AAC) products, the AAC block separator, as a key piece of equipment, plays a significant role in ensuring seamless production and the quality of the final product.

The demand for AAC block delimiters.

During the AAC production process, due to the nature of the material and the curing conditions, the cured AAC blocks often stick together. Manual separation not only involves high labor intensity but also takes a long time, significantly increasing production costs and reducing overall efficiency. In addition, improper manual separation may cause damage to the blocks, resulting in product scrapping and defective products. The design of the AAC block separator is precisely to address these challenges, providing a reliable and efficient solution for separating

AAC blocks or panels that are stuck together.

Working mechanism.

Usually, autoclaved AAC blocks are first conveyed to the AAC block separator. The separator is equipped with a precise lifting mechanism, usually driven by hydraulic power, and operates smoothly and accurately. Once the block is in place, the clamping device begins to function. This device can be adjusted to apply the appropriate clamping force on the block, ensuring safe holding without causing any damage.

Subsequently, the working cylinder and the guide rod work in series to separate the adjacent AAC blocks. The oil cylinder provides the necessary force to gently pry open the units that are stuck together. After one layer is separated, the lifting mechanism lowers the remaining blocks or plates to an appropriate height to facilitate the separation of the next layer. This process continues until all the AAC blocks are successfully separated.

Key components and their functions.

Hydraulic system: The hydraulic system is the power source of the AAC block separator. It provides the necessary strength to lift the blocks, clamp them and separate them. High-quality hydraulic components ensure smooth operation and long-term reliability.

Lift trolley: The lift trolley is responsible for the vertical movement of the AAC block during the separation process. Its design is sturdy and capable of precisely handling the weight of the block.

The breaking component: The breaking component includes the operating cylinder and the guide rod, which directly participate in the separation of the AAC blocks that are stuck together. The oil cylinder applies a controllable force to push the blocks apart, while the guide rod ensures that the movement is linear and stable, preventing any misalignment during the separation process. This component combination ensures that the separation proceeds smoothly and effectively, minimizing the risk of damage to the blocks.

The advantages of using AAC block separators.

High-quality separation: The design of the AAC block separator to achieve a high level of separation quality. The average error during separation is small, ensuring that each block is separated clean and evenly. This high-quality separation is crucial for maintaining the integrity of AAC blocks, which is essential for their performance in AAC block production applications. During the construction process, the smoothly separated blocks are better combined together, thus forming a more solid and stable structure.
