Basic process of granite crushing and sand making production line:


The stone is evenly sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for coarse crushing. The coarsely crushed material is sent to the coarse crushing cone crusher by the belt conveyor for further crushing. The crushed material is transported to the vibrating screen for screening. The material that meets the finished product particle size requirements is transported to the finished product pile by the belt conveyor; the material that does not meet the finished product particle size requirements is returned from the vibrating screen to the medium crushing or fine crushing cone crusher for processing, forming a closed loop. The finished product particle size can be combined and graded according to the needs of users.
