1. Raw Material Processing Department
This department focuses on the processing and storage of raw materials. Raw materials (silica sand or fly ash, cement, lime, gypsum, aluminum powder) are stored and prepared according to the formula; a precision metering and mixing system is used to ensure stable product quality.
2. Automated Wire Mesh Manufacturing and Circulation Department
This department is responsible for manufacturing the wire mesh (cage) required for the panels, as well as the manual or automatic suspension of the wire mesh and the automated circulation of the assembly frame.
3. Batching and Pre-curing Process
In this process, the raw materials are uniformly mixed in a mixer and then poured into molds. During production, the wire mesh is inserted into the slurry via a bolt-type lifting machine, and the molds are transported to the pre-curing chamber by a shuttle vehicle. After the slurry foams and hardens, it forms a green body. Subsequently, the molds are transported to the cutting process. The wire mesh is simultaneously removed during the pre-curing ferry transport.
4. Cutting Process
This is the core process in the production of aerated concrete blocks and panels. The mold containing the green blanks is demolded by an inclined crane. The green blanks, along with the side plates, are placed on a cutting trolley and shaped through profile cutting, horizontal cutting, and vertical cutting processes. Waste material at the bottom is removed and recycled via an inclined worktable and scraper. Finally, the green blanks are loaded by cranes and transport vehicles.
5. Autoclave Curing Process
Groups of green blanks are fed into an autoclave for constant pressure curing via a traction mechanism and transport vehicles. After curing, the product is pulled out of the autoclave by transport vehicles and sent to the finished product packaging area.
6. Finished Product Packaging Department
This department is responsible for sorting, stacking, packaging, and transporting the finished products cured in the autoclave to the storage yard.
